From an early age, Bryan Fagan was drawn to the legal profession, inspired by the film adaptation of John Grisham’s The Pelican Brief. Today, he is a dedicated family law attorney representing clients across Texas through some of life’s most challenging moments, including emotionally complex divorces.

Born and raised in Atascocita, a small town in Northeast Houston, Bryan grew up in a close-knit family of four siblings, including two adopted brothers. With an engineer for a father and a mother who devoted her career to teaching, Bryan became the first lawyer in his family. He attended South Texas College of Law, where he gained hands-on experience working for a boutique family law litigation firm—an opportunity that solidified his passion for helping families.

Family has always been central to Bryan’s life. While completing his undergraduate degree online, he cared full-time for his grandmother, who suffered from Alzheimer’s. During law school, he enrolled in the night program to continue supporting her during the day. After earning his law degree, Bryan married his wife and began building a family of his own, experiencing both profound joy and deep sorrow, including the sudden loss of his father at age 70.

These personal experiences shaped Bryan’s compassionate and client-focused approach to practicing law. He has built a modern, paperless, and highly efficient family law practice that prioritizes exceptional service and practical solutions.

As a certified member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, Bryan belongs to an elite group of attorneys committed to ongoing education and legal excellence. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in a wide range of family law matters—including divorce, custody, property division, adoption, paternity, mediation, and marital property agreements.

Bryan’s dedicated team shares his commitment to helping families through complex legal challenges, including defending against false CPS allegations. Based in Houston and serving surrounding areas, Bryan is actively involved in the Houston Family Law Section of the Houston Bar Association and participates in various family law organizations throughout Texas.
