Esther Peña is an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC, where she focuses on family law matters including divorce and co-parenting. Melissa C. Barrick is an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, licensed in Texas (2021) and Maryland (2003). She holds a Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Midwestern State University. Admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, she is an active member of the Texas Bar College and the State Bar of Texas Family Law Section (2024-2025). Known for her tenacity, dedication, and professionalism, Melissa is committed to advocating for her clients.

Elizabeth “Libby” Ferguson, attorney at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.S. from the University of Colorado – Boulder. Passionate about guiding clients through legal challenges, Libby is a dedicated advocate. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her Brussels Griffons, Freddy and Gertie.
